This award-winning coastal home is a testament to the strong relationship formed between our team and the Mannington family. Designed and built for their retirement after a lifetime in engineering and manufacturing, the brief was clear: create a home that blended heritage, modern design, and the surrounding Nelson landscape.The four-bedroom home features a triple garage, mono-pitched rooflines, and a striking combination of cedar and stone — the latter a nod to Jane’s Scottish upbringing. Inside, bold splashes of colour, thoughtful materiality, and carefully crafted joinery give the home a character uniquely theirs.
