The home at Bills Drive is a three-bedroom architectural residence built on a highly challenging, pizza-shaped site with significant slope. The unusual shape and steep terrain required careful design coordination and construction planning to ensure the home sat comfortably within the landscape while still maximising views, sunlight, and functional living space. The result is an architectural award-winning home that responds thoughtfully to the constraints of the site, turning what could have been a limitation into a defining feature of the design.
