Grampian

The home at Grampian is a striking three-bedroom residence defined by clean architectural lines and a carefully selected material palette. The exterior combines Stria cladding and cedar, complemented by bold mono-pitch roof forms that give the home a strong contemporary presence. Built on a sloping site, the project required significant landscaping and site shaping to create usable outdoor spaces and integrate the home naturally into the slope. Internally, the house features plywood negative-detail ceilings and polished concrete floors, creating a warm yet modern aesthetic with a high level of craftsmanship.
