In their words
After building our first modest home as newlyweds in the 1970s, we returned to homebuilding nearly 50 years later after retiring and selling our long-time engineering business. After meeting Sam Johnson in 2022, we began designing a home that reflected the natural beauty of the South Island with a touch of our Scottish heritage. The build was managed seamlessly by Sam's team while we were living in Rotorua. Nine months after moving in, we're still absolutely delighted with our warm, energy-efficient home.
