Six two-bedroom homes set back from the sand at Tahunanui, arranged off a shared accessway with a carpark to every residence. Open-plan living and kitchen below, two bedrooms above, in contemporary plaster and timber-batten façades with softly curved corners.

Four of the six have a private plunge pool, and the planting is subtropical and low-maintenance throughout. Tahunanui Beach, the Back Beach reserve, cafés and the playground are all within a short walk.
