A row of townhouses a short walk from the Richmond town centre, in white board and cedar battens.
- Form
- Single and two storey
- Cladding
- White vertical board, cedar
- Role
- Developed and built
A run of townhouses stepping back from Oxford Street, each with its own carpark off a shared drive. The walls are white vertical board with cedar battens marking the entries, and tall batten screens do the fencing so the row keeps one material language from the street through to the private decks behind.
This is intensification close to the Richmond town centre, and a site Johnson developed as well as built. The houses that stood here before were not demolished: they were gifted to families and relocated.
The wide view of the finished row is an architectural render and is labelled as one. Every other image on this page is a photograph of the completed development.
